Synopsis: This movie is a very tight package taking us to a certain ghetto where crime, menace, threats and violence have become increasingly alarming causing a great unrest in the entire neighborhood. Incidentally there is a tough new Divisional Police Officer attached to the neighborhood whose presence sets off a big clash of interests between the ghetto criminals and the police force.
